Please note that legal duties for insurance contracts (e.g. Insurance Premium Tax and other duties) have to be added to the above mentioned premiums if it is mandatory in your home country.

How to apply for the International Healthcare Plan

Please use the application and credit card form for each person to be insured and return the forms completed and signed to our office either per fax, email or post. Please do not forget to indicate your email address!
